Jun 18,2024Ever since I came across RIFT it has been a great experience to claim for my travel expenses and enjoy the rewards over the years, which has led me to help fellow employees to also pursue their claims for their travel expenses and also making them happy in doing so. The staff who I have dealt with were very helpful and professional in their customer service in helping me with my claims and also helping my fellow employees who have had disabilities to deal with their claims and I would recommend RIFT anytime.

Jun 14,2024Chloe was amazing from start to finish. My claim had gone to enquiry and we were back and fourth for what felt like forever (it was over a year!) but in the end, it was all worth it. I had over 8k worth of fines on my account at the start, and Chloe managed to clear all my fines and I still ended up with a nice juicy refund at the end of it. Chloe kept me informed throughout the process, and although it was painful at times, she did her best to reassure me and we got there in the end. Kudos to Chloe, she deserves a pay rise!
