Apr 12,2024RIFT have been exceptional. The process was very swift and I'd like to specifically mention Vasilena Lyubenova as she was very helpful for the whole process. I'd recommend this to anyone who believes they're due a tax refund.

Hassle, free stress free and Mind at rest, chloe Mackenzie did a fantastic work with my tax return due to me messing up some figures on my self assessment and having HMRC on my back. After contacting HMRC and rift to help the case is just about done. Thank you once again

Apr 10,2024I use rift every year, I ask for same account every time she’s amazing(billy Jo wood). Gets it done quick and always in contact if I need her to ring me she will ring same day, always gets back to my emails 5* Will use again next year

Even tho they charge hell of a lot money for very slow and poor work. 36% in fees 🤡🤡🤡🤡 22/23 was the last tax year I'm doing with them Update: that's a lie about "timescales" yes they exist. Sluggish work done not by HMRC , but your company. I was using your company for several years and never had faster service. It takes you at least 2 month to even start to work on my case . Clearly you don't have what it takes ... just take customers regardless of the capabilities of your company. And than again. I wasn't saying about compensation I've received. But the way how you dealt with it - despite massive compensation fees you charged. After tax rebate my tax code changed for 1973L and you never bothered yourself to fix it straight away . This tax code was used once and i got too much tax - that lead me owe HMRC . First year ... ok... shi.. happens , but 2nd year in the row it's a pure negligence. As a accountant company you just care about horrendous fees you charged. Don't be bothered to call me - I'm not interested in your services. Update: so after this review they contacted me with a life long email explaining and defending their actions... After this review, something else happened. Apparently, whatever they were claiming on my behalf, I wasn't entitled to. So, they made fraudulent tax returns to increase their fees. This company is a bunch of scammers!
