Mar 26,2024Lack of professionalism and attention to detail throughout. Despite numerous phone calls from a 'pushy' RIFT agent when the forms were sent through they still contained significant errors. In addition the agent constantly spelt my name wrong on emails despite being corrected. Altogether presenting a lack of detail I did not wish to trust my taxes to. Submit my refund online instead.

Mar 25,2024Always a great service with RIFT. The after care service is extremely helpful and I will be filing another new tax claim with them when this FY ends. Been dealing with Summer B recently who was brilliant and worth a name drop as she was able to work around my available times whilst on deployment.

Mar 23,2024Twice I have gone with Rift for my tax rebate. Twice I have received a refund over £1000 and both times I've been entirely satisfied with the service I received. The only drawback is the fee charged for the refund I feel was excessive but I wouldn't have the time to do the refund myself so can't really complain. Highly recommended to my fellow service personnel.

Mar 20,2024Despite my Tax Return resulting in a payment to HMRC and not achieving a rebate, Bash and his team at rift made this easy for me. They dealt with everything and kept me updated throughout. When it came to breaking me the bad news Bash made it very easy for me to understand and informed me of how to handle it. A very professional yet down to earth team and I look forward to dealing with Bash again in April hopefully for a return this year!

Mar 17,2024I recently received a tax refund which was mistakenly sent to Rift who I had spoken too previously about claiming tax back but they found I couldn't claim anything. They have been really helpful in making sure I got my money and Coral who I spoke to was really helpful and explained what had happened. Thanks

Mar 14,2024Please don't use rift. It's a scam. I used them once. All I got was bother. What they give you. You will end up owing the tax man that amount. Please use anyone els but rift. After gaining full-time employment. 5 years in I still ding quite get rid of rift. I found out the were still sending tax returns in my name. Be warned...............
