Jan 04,2025Had an agent called Mak looking after my claim, very down to earth and easy to talk to. Answered all questions necessary and kept me in the loop with updates regularly. Would recommend. 10/10

Jan 03,2025I have been waiting for my refund for a year now and for the last few months the only update I have had is ‘it’s with HMRC’. I understand that time lines are out of everyone’s control but after a year of back and forth for no reason of my own and because rift messed up with details I am still no closer to my refund. I shouldn’t be paying rift over £1000 for a service that takes a year when I could have done it quicker and for free myself Even though rift are claiming that the claim was submitted in September, it was originally started in January 2024 but then rift made errors which meant a delay in submitting the claim HMRC have now in September! So regardless I’ve still been waiting a year for the same claim

Dec 30,2024After having to pay a good bit back the last few years and also having to pay my accountant a good bit to do it I decided to try RIFT. They had my return done in a few days after I gave them all my information and also claimed for things which I hadn’t knew i could claim. Billie-Jo did my return and i can’t thank her enough she was brilliant as I wasnt sure what i would have to pay back or if I would get a rebate. I would definitely use this company again and definitely recommend them,other accounts I have tried have made me waits for months so to get my figures sorted and to get it done in a few weeks in December with a decent return for the salary I have is impressive

She was very clear spoken and explained in great detail about everything. It was a very fast and easy process so I would recommend using rift.

Dec 18,2024In our case it was not straight forward HMRC deposited money in my account which was not ment to happen now I have to pay back through my weekly wages not great when you are minimal hourly rate
