Rio Health was established 30 years ago when the founding members discovered the power of the South American botanicals. They were so impressed, they decided to share these gifts of nature with the rest of the world! Today Rio Health, specialize in high quality South American whole-plant botanicals and extracts. The Rio Amazon Collection includes Pau d'Arco, Maca, Graviola (Soursop), Quebra Pedra, Yerba Mate, Guarana and the award-winning natural and organic vegan skincare range Rio Rosa Mosqueta. The new Rio Health brand was launched in 2020, providing mainly South American botanicals as tinctures, including Cat’s Claw, Manayupa (Burbur) and Stevia. Rio Health is the UK distributor for Silidyn, Green Magma, Best Choice and Epigenar. Our mission is to bring some of the wonderful natural healing plants from South America and share their benefits with the rest of the world.

Apr 06,2023It was my first experience with Rio Health products despite the reviews about them selling products out of stock, delivery delays etc. Bought 2 items from them ORDER #RH22977 on Thursday 22nd March, that suppose to arrive in 3 to 5 days. They provided a Royal Mail tracking number that till this day says the are waiting for the item TP140446540GB After 5 days I've contacted them twice without any answer. The third time they just told me that a refund has been issued as I requested. No explanation about why my items never arrived. I'm very disappointed about the costumer service of this company.

Feb 27,2023I have not received information on the shipment of the order in advance and I received them late only after I requested via email. Upon arrival of the package, I had to pay €13 for customs fees which were not foreseen or indicated at the time of purchase.
