The new Rio Health brand was launched in 2020, providing mainly South American botanicals as tinctures, including Cat’s Claw, Manayupa (Burbur) and Stevia. Rio Health is the UK distributor for Silidyn, Green Magma, Best Choice and Epigenar. I ordered the maca powder which appears to be a quality product, beautifully packaged, competitively priced especially with the discount which is helpful in hard times.. I use it daily in my oats porridge which I make with lots of goodies including maca powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut cream, chopped almonds, chia seed, frozen berries and jaggery. My understanding is that the yellow maca root, amongst many benefits, helps to balance hormones. As I am experiencing hair loss, I believe it helps as hair loss is a hormonal-related health condition. I will definitely order again.

The ordering was easy...Delivery was ok...then the Czech Post Office got hold of it, and wrote me twice by email...I fully answered the first time, but they thought I was importing 16 cars, not one small bottle of oil, and needed me to fill out many forms, and answer stupid questions, like "what was the value of the goods" in 2 nd email, when this is written on the box, and I wrote it to them in an email previously......Dealing with Czech Post is difficult in the extreme!!
