Aug 31,2024Equipment is top notch. J2 rack arrived without assembly instructions, got a reply to my email with a solution within 2 hours (on a Sunday no less!). Even when they make mistakes the service is excellent. Would be happy to go back for future gym needs

Aug 08,2024After years of using a power rack that no longer suited our needs, we began looking at various power/half racks for our small garage gym. We looked at a bunch of racks from some pretty well known providers before coming across Rival Strength. I'm really surprised we hadn't heard of Rival before this search, because they have a lot of equipment for a good price. After lots of comparison shopping, we ended up choosing a folding power rack and jammer arms from Rival Strength. Communication with them from the start was excellent. Shipping was great and everything was really well packaged. We put together the rack ourselves and it was easier than expected. We did have one SNAFU with a part being incorrect, but Sam was super fast in arranging the correct part to be delivered. The rack itself is really stable, both folded and unfolded and its great for a small gym. Its very well designed and made and the powder coating is excellent. Super happy with the choice to go with Rival Strength and will continue to use them for future equipment needs. Definitely give these lads a look when considering your own gym needs!

Aug 04,2024Really helpful. There is so much exercise equipment on the market, choosing the right barbel for me was confusing - Cambered vs Curved. Rival took the time to explain the difference, I advised what i needed the bar for, they recommended the Cambered, even got 5% off. No regrets has completely replaced my standard Barbell for bench press, many thanks.

I need help with my order, and every time I initiate a chat / facebook message or whatsapp msg with a support person, they stop responding after 1 or 2 messages. They promise to come back to you but never come back. I know it's a good company, but I think they cherry-pick their customers.

Jul 19,2024I purchased their Adjustable Cable Pulley Machine. I chose this cable machine as the height matched my circumstance. Once built it's good quality but the box was missing some parts. I emailed them and Sam got back to me within 24hours. He apologised and immediately sent the replacement parts.
