Jul 18,2022Rosemond were just great. I have a two bed rental property that needed a quick refurb done and Rosemond turned it around in just over two weeks. A complete redec of all the rooms, walls and ceillings, new carpets through out and some upgrades to the electrics to get the compliance sorted. A buiders deep clean at the end and the inventory check. Lovely job - all nice and sparkly! Communications were great and all the hiccups were sorted with no stress. I would recommend with no reservation

May 31,2022Rosemond Services carried out an end of tenancy clean on my property. They were very professional, weeks leading up to the appointment they were answering all my queries and adding to the cleaning requirements as necessary. On the day the team showed up on time, the property was cleaned to a very high standard, photos were taken to update me of the finished clean. they also went to great lengths to help me get quotes for window and curtain cleaning. I would highly recommend Rosemond Services.

Feb 28,2022We've just experienced an excellent service from Rosemond. I sent an enquiry on Sunday eve expecting it to be answered on Monday. However, the response was almost immediate and by Monday afternoon the garden work had been done. Amazing service, polite, friendly and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I'll definitely be using them again in the future. They know how to make a business work!

Aug 14,2022We used the end of tenancy service and was really disappointed by the level of service. The cleaners did not provide a service in the level required and refused to come back to fix the issues that were reported by the agency. The rate they were charging was significantly higher compared to market pricing and we ended paying additional 200 GB to another cleaning company to fixes all outstanding issues. I will definitely not recommend anyone to use them if they are working with an agency. Waste if time and money.
