Jun 09,2024Update. After numerous emails they never replied. The digital console readings are incorrect. Every 20 minutes is actually 30min. Very disappointed. Now the 1st of September and never heard another word. Still not resolved. Very bad experience. Good news, I have received a complete new console which is working perfectly. And also received a lovely free gift. Now we can enjoy our rowing with the confidence in the data. Great to have everything resolved..

I’m already eyeing up ones in different colours! And the price? I would compare the quality to the more ‘commercial’ brands- and a fraction of the cost!

The staff were very friendly and helpful offering the best options for the re-hab studio we needed fitted out. Assembly was very expensive so decided to find source someone ourselves, a lot involved in assembly. Overall would purchase again from RPM.
