Apr 13,2021Simple solution and with excellent quality materials and really sticky glue these protection mats are jsut what I wanted. Will get a second set to put underneath for when I have to stand the panniers on scratchy ground.

Feb 18,2021Top pannier protector fitted ok,two side protectors too small,however,company contacted me and agread to change free of charge,Wich have agread to do,really good comunication from company,but unable to send pickies as am away from home so still not sorted!,however fell sure it will be sorted.

Feb 15,2021I originally ordered from an online auction site, but it caused a lot of issues for the seller - some superb communication later, and I ordered from the company website instead. My enquiry about sizing and fitments via my own measurements were confirmed, a quick phone call made, and the rest is history. This is what I call service. There was a delay for my exact products, but this was all explained thoroughly, and given an option either wait or to buy on that understanding. I had no qualms so I placed the order.
