Mar 05,2023Got the airgun fast and quick got cleared from customs so problem on that area. Took a week to arrive from spain to usa. But upon receiving the Rti prophet 2 check the package that the case was damaged. Then went up to set it up the airgun was aired to 200bar and regulator was set to 125 bar so i started setting up my fx chrono to see what fps I getting at using 14.3 chp pellets. I’m getting around 1007 fps on my first magazine. Then on the second mag I noticed a faint hissing sound on the breach block then it continued to get stronger until air was hissing when you open the bolt from the breach and the end of the barrel. Watch some reviews online that it was a problem on this airgun thought that this is a new production that issues was resolved so I decided to email then took a while for then to response on my couple of inquiries on how to proceed to resolve the issue also sent some pictures and video of the problem. Got a reply from pablo of rti after a day and a half saying all the tech guys are out on iwa germany and advice to wait for further instruction so now i have a paper weight with me nice Airgun asthetically with poor quality control

Mar 04,2023Buenos dias ,me gusto el servicio con el cliente y la rapidez del servicio ,lo que no me gusto; compre unas tóricas para sellar el cañón (calibre 5'5) por la parte de la aguja de cierre y sigue fugando el aire ,no son precisamente baratas y no cumplen su funcion.

Mar 02,2023regolatore rti ordinato a 150 bar mi è arrivato tarato a 122 bar ,ho contattato rti shop tramite mail e anche tramite whatsapp per poterlo rendere o sostituire ma tuttora non ho ricevuto ancora nessuna risposta penso proprio che da rti shop non acquisterò più nulla nè io nè i tiratori del nostro poligono di tiro
