Hello. I have had transactions with this company more than once. Buying supplies for my rifle and parts. They are always quick to respond with an answer. I’m very pleased with the pricing, the product and the service. I’ve ordered a Prophet 2 Standard and after 2 magazines it has an air leak and also the fps was low (407 fps). After contacted RTI, I received an instruction to remove the restrictor to increase the velocity and also received a new valve. Even though I have to wait for shipping time, I’m really appreciated for the outstanding service from Matias. I would recommend this RTI Arms Shop to every air gunners. Happy shooting!
