Oct 02,2023Great people to deal with. Items arrived as described and on time. The customer support provided by Thomas and Matias has been excellent. The website has some errors that need to be corrected. Such as the description of some parts that can only go on prophet 2 and p3 also mentions that they can go on the prophet 1. If I had not asked customer service before ordering I would have ordered the wrong part.

Sep 17,2023What went wrong was the RTI shop sales agent in Spain not knowing the parts for each model well. I wanted to buy parts for the Prophet 1 and the seller suggested parts for the Prophet 2.1. I wanted to buy parts for the Prophet 1 and the selling agent does not have the diagram available on his homepage. It's ridiculous that I have to look for the diagram on forums to indicate the parts I need.
