Shoes were fab and even got some sweets and hand written note in with shipment, thanking me for my custom with a further 15% off next order. What is there not to like? Definitely recommend.

Jan 09,2025Told my training shoes had been shipped but nothing received. Following tracking number Royal Mail are stating we are expecting your parcel. This is one week later. Product supposedly shipped tracked 24. When phoned customer services advised I’ll have to wait 10 days before qualifying for refund. Be aware if you want this level of service. They will also take no responsibility and blame Royal Mail. I have not purchased the goods from Royal Mail!
