Jan 04,2025Made 2 separate orders, I was charged shipping on both of the orders. The company sent the items in one parcel and made no attempt to contact me and refund the excess shipping costs. When I contacted the company instead of trying to rectify the mistake, they only tried to justify their actions and were rude and unhelpful. This company has no integrity and terrible customer service.
