Product defective: repeatedly cut off so unable to boil water. Plus water from the kettle poured out through the on/off switch!

Ordered "hammered cutlery". Clearly wasn't hammered but instead made by laser cutting and looked cheap. Had to email them directly to arrange a refund and the postage there and back cost me £9 (which wasn't refunded). Recommend only buying their products via a third party with a better refund process.

Fabulous company. Ordered a dinner set and Received a dinner plate which had a chip out of it. As soon as I messaged the company a replacement was sent to me in a well packaged box which I received within 24 hours. Excellent customer service. Thank you for being so quick.

Excellent customer service. Our Haden microwave (still under warranty) developed a fault with the internal light flickering, flashing and dimming intermittently/irratically, although the microwave still worked. I phoned customer services, explained the problem, was asked for my email and told I would get a response within 24 hours. An email response came within that time period, saying a replacement microwave was being sent out, along with a return label to send the faulty product back. I received the replacement within the next couple of days - the whole problem resolved within 5 days. Jo at customer services couldn't have been more helpful.
Excellent now have the toaster and kettle.
