I bought a matching Haden Cotswold kettle and toaster just less than a year ago. The kettle lid fixings broke and was unsafe. I emailed haden and Leanne organised for a replacement lid to be dispatched. This happened very quickly. What excellent customer service and what good quality equipment too.

I love my Haden Highclere kettle and toaster, so was really upset when the toaster went bang all of a sudden. A quick email to customer services describing the fault and job sorted. Jo couldn't have been more helpful, I packaged up my old toaster, it was collected by DPD who delivered my new one at the same time. All sorted in a few days ... no hanging on the phone to call centres for hours on end only to be cut off!! I would recommend using Haden anyday, their customer service is excellent - oh and their products aren't bad either !!! Happy Customer !!
My Richmond Haden kettle developed a fault after 18 months. I contacted Jo Long in customer services and she could not have been more helpful and as soon as I had provided proof of purchase she attanged collection and delivery of a brand new kettle .. Excellent service throughout including detailed timing of delivery. What a refeshing change to deal with a friendly and efficient company!
Unfortunately our older kettle developed a fault so I contacted Customer Services and dealt with Jo Long who was very friendly and helpful. She arranged for a new replacement kettle to be couriered to us and our old kettle to be collected. A pleasure to deal with this Company and especially Jo. Fantastic service and highly recommended. We purchased a Haden Kettle and matching toaster over a year ago, our kettle started to loose some of its paint around the lid, I thought just general wear and tear, and emailed Haden directly to see if I could patch up the paint myself. Within a week after a couple of emails to a lady called Jo we had received a replacement kettle in the same marmalade colour, absolutely thrilled with the level of customer service and will definitely only be buying Haden products from now on, so refreshing for a company to actually care!

Purchased a Fridge freezer via Amazon, delivery is to a vulnerable person and another adult needs to be around for delivery. Amazon have been very poor . the service is terrible and the BOT is just rubbish. I was advised by Amazon of a delivery date but then nothing else. I tried speaking to amazon but got no where, even when speaking to a person. I was told not to worry, but delivery will happen on the 1st June, I was speaking with this person on the 4th?? I found the contact details of the company and rang and emailed. Jo, was excellent, she was able to confirm that the item had not yet been collected, yet alone delivered. Jo suggested that due to the bank holidays, nothing much will happen until the Monday. In the mean, all amazon was saying via their remote emailing system is that they are sorry for the delay but you can always cancel and get a refund?? This highlights the complete madness of a computerised customer service programme , but its cheap. more money for Bozzo . Its now Wednesday, Amazon have said nothing, so I emailed Jo again and again the service has been first class, I now know that the item has left the warehouse and is on route to the delivery warehouse. Lets hope Amazon gets its act together for the delivery.
We bought a Haden toaster through Amazon just over a year ago. It looks great and works really well. Unfortunately, about a month ago one of the sliders failed. I emailed Haden direct with a copy of my receipt and received a reply from a lady called Jo in under 24 hours. Jo apologised and asked if I would be able to send a photo/video of the issue, which I did. Shortly after I received an email to say a replacement would be sent. Within two days I had an exact replacement. I emailed Jo and also asked if it would be OK to donate the other toaster to our charity, the QRRA, to which she said of course. So basically, great communication and excellent customer service. :@) Very pleased

Purchased a Haden mixer in Oct 2020 and in mid May 2022 the mixers locking mechanism developed a fault. I contacted Jo at Hadens customer services who requested a few pieces of information, photo of receipt, video of the fault and model and serial number of mixer. That was on a Tuesday by Friday I had a new machine in my home. Exemplary service would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Bough Haden Microwave back in 2021 this was use for my elderly mother who cannot operate digital microwave. Unfortunately the heating element stopped working thankfully have a 2years warranty on the item. Contacted Haden direct the customer service was excellent and efficient. Microwave will be collected and replaced. Once again thanks Jo.
I ordered cutlery sets and they parcel arrived super quick, easy to contact with the company. I had a issue I Emailed and they replied within a few hours and dealt with the problem. Good prices and good items the cutlery looks high end and I use it very often and looks perfect. Thanks
So they have blocked my sister updating her 22 March 2022 review! So as big brother I will update. A month later “jo” is still waiting to hear from quality control....in her response she says the cooker is british made, so how come it says “made in turkey” on the back. Just stay away from cookers from this company. Customer service is apauling and they block bad reviews from responding- speaks volumes!

Aug 08,2022contacted Haden / Sabichi last week about the bulb not working on our Haden microwave. We had hoped to order a replacement bulb, but because of the design of the microwave, were told this isnt possible. Instead we received a replacement microwave and awesome customer service - so very happy!
