Jul 28,2023The two safeguard employees, That are located at my storage branch that I deal with on Hillsborough Avenue Have been doing a phenomenal job especially dealing with So many different personalities From people That are dealing with hard times such as foreclosures and evictions plus a high crime drug area. So yes, they are doing a phenomenal job.

Jul 28,2023The facility was nice and clean, cool, and seemed very secure; there were safeguards to access the storage area, beginning with access to the elevators; the staff was very helpful and friendly; I get a reminder when payment was due. I did not experience any "hidden" fees/charges.

Jul 28,2023Every time I show up with a truckload of stuff there are never any rolling carts available. This should be some thing easily and always provided. It’s like they only have three or four of them on hand. On a busy weekend, those get swooped up for hours. I never had this problem at any other storage unit. Also, for an air-conditioned facility, the temperature inside is very warm. Especially on the third floor where my units are. I’m paying for air condition inside storage for my important belongings, like photos and such. But I feel like this company is being cheap.
