Feb 16,2023All the ground work of documentation I did ahead of time with Jim and that was great. I live out of town from where I was needing to rent the unit. However, the day I came in person to complete the process which should have taken only a few minutes took over an hour with another person who was working that day and it did not go well from my perspective. Now that my things are in the unit and I've come and gone a couple of times, all that works well.
