Apr 12,2023Jim at the Darien facility took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know and showed me the locker space I needed with a thorough explanation of how the elevator access and floor access records all movements and denies access outside my storage floor. He further explained the entry and exit system so I could understand it all. Very secure building and excellent service.

Apr 12,2023The people I spoke with were honest ( well you will have to haul things uP another 15 steps) b/c I chose the cheapest unit). Well that was a no brainer. We chose a bigger unit which in the end was needed. The staff were excellent.
