May 04,2024Assalmuaalikum everyone. Since it was my first time going to perform umrah and with my parents I was v concerned about few things. Safwa travels made my umrah so easy and brother MOIZ helped and guided me alot answered all my questions and concerns with patience. Brother Arslan was always available during our journey for Any help we needed. They made our journey easy. May allah reward them in abundance

I also appreciated the team in Saudi for their hospitality, they were always call away any time of day or night. May Allah rewarded these brothers. I highly recommend Safwa travel.

We finished our two Umrah (before and during Ramadan), we would like to recognize brother Umar C. for his professional, hard working, trustable, quick response, understandable, friendly and get the job done! Would recommend him for everyone! We start booking for 10 people and end up with the big group with 48 members mainly seniors. He’s above and beyond, he stay up all night to complete our booking, 48 visas, book airfare and land fare for last minute members. He make sure all the seniors got what they need before trips. He even surprise us at the Jeddah airport. Thank you very much Safwa Travel for making that happen. We all very appreciate it. Umar, Thank you very much !

Despite some issues with my son’s return ticket Arsalan went above and beyond to ensure that his return travel is on time and all the tours/pickup/dropoffs occur seamlessly. I want to thank Zain, Muhammad Arsalan, and anyone who has facilitated this journey. Muhammad Arslan was on top of everything and was in constant contact during my stay in Mecca and Madina. Mr. Talal, who is in Jeddah and does the groundwork, is an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide; Mr. Talal was always there for me and assisted me throughout my stay in Mecca and Madina. My parents are older and not as good with technology as many people are, so I wanted to find an agency that will be able to guide them throughout their journey. ZAIN from Safwa travels was extremely helpful and explained the whole process to us, which is exactly what we wanted since they were first time travelers. Zain promptly addressed any questions we had, which shows the agency's expertise. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their hotels in both Makkah and Madinah, as well as the chosen airlines. The agency's provided Ziyaraat was extremely insightful and an amazing experience for them.
