As a traveler from the Washington DC metro area, USA, I was initially apprehensive, but Safwa Travels, particularly Brothers Umar Chaudhry and Arslan, ensured a seamless and memorable pilgrimage. From the outset, Brothers Umar Chaudhry and Arslan meticulously organized my travel arrangements, guiding me from Washington DC to Madinah and subsequently to Makkah. The entire itinerary, including the return journey from Makkah to Jeddah to Riyadh and back to Washington DC, was flawlessly executed, reflecting the professionalism and dedication of the Safwa Travels team. I would like to extend my appreciation to Brother Fahad, a member of the Safwa Travels team residing in Saudi Arabia, who facilitated all my local travels. His efforts in arranging Ziyarat in Madinah, coordinating my car journey from Madinah to Makkah, and organizing Ziyarat in Makkah were commendable. Additionally, he ensured a smooth transfer from Makkah Hilton Hotel to Jeddah Airport, showcasing the commitment to providing a comprehensive and well-rounded experience. The drivers assigned for my Ziyarat trips in Madinah and Makkah left a lasting impression, especially Brother Khadim Hussain Sab in Makkah. His enthusiasm, attentiveness, and post-journey follow-up demonstrated a level of service that exceeded my expectations. It is individuals like Brother Khadim who contribute to making Safwa Travels stand out as a premier travel agency. Prior to embarking on this spiritual journey, I had reservations and uncertainties, given that all travel arrangements were conducted online. However, from the moment I commenced my journey until my return home, I was met with perfection. The establishment of a 24/7 active WhatsApp group proved invaluable, providing instant assistance whenever needed. This level of accessibility reassured me and ensured that I never felt alone during my pilgrimage. In conclusion, I find myself at a loss for words to adequately convey my gratitude to Safwa Travels. Brother Umer efficiently coordinated all our arrangements and provided an excellent package for us. The price offered was exceptional, encompassing flights, ground transportation, comprehensive city tours and hotel accommodations featuring a breakfast buffet. We were fortunate to have excellent accommodation at both Makkah and Madinah, conveniently situated close to Haram and Masjid-e- Nabwi. Their exemplary customer service made our experience hassle-free. Brother Umer and Arsalan in particular displayed exceptional professionalism offering helpful responses whenever needed and their continuous support was invaluable. Dec 05,2023I travel with Safwa for Umrah in November of 2023. The experience was nothing but fantastic. My agent was brother Muhammad Arslan Khan. He was truly remarkable. As soon as I contacted Safwa, he was the first one to handle my case. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease as this was my first trip to the Middle East. He handled all of my paperwork in a speedy and thorough manner. From the moment I left the US until my return, it felt like he was there with us the whole time. When I arrived in Jeddah, I was having phone troubles. This brother literally called me over 9 times to make sure I got on the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. He was always available if we had questions and directed us to the correct person/s for quick answers. I will definitely recommend Safwa Travels to friends and family. Whatever you need they provide before and during your travel. I will be using them again Insha Allah and will be recommending to any of my Muslim family in the US to book using Safwa Travel. I took a chance and it was more than what I expected. Brother Umar and Arslan did a wonderful job making sure all questions, concerns, and expectations were met.
