Jun 11,2023Love the mocktie trousers. Ordering was easy, and delivery was quick. My only request would be for a choice of leg lengths, as the two pairs I recently purchased had to be altered to 27", which added quite a lot to the cost. Love the style and comfort of these trousers though!

Thankyou, my holiday suitcase travelled @ least 1, 500 miles and not a crease in sight. I do love your range of ladies wear, extremely good quality, made in GB and the sizes are true and very comfortable. Second to none and at a very reasonable price. The best bit is no ironing! brilliant I hate ironing, Well done you, for choosing an excellent array of clothes for all ages and shapes. I have had loads of compliments when wearing your clothing and many have asked where did you buy that? so credit where credit is due, 5 stars really is not enough! Super service, I would highly recommend your company. A very happy customer!

May 05,2023I love Saloos garments and I have several. They are smart and flattering. In fact, today, I have bought another at a local department store. I am between sizes so I have a mix depending upon the style. I ended up ordering the larger for the three items recently purchased online, but sadly have returned two as they are too big. I requested a straight swap for the smaller size but I await news to see if I have been refunded and need to re-order. I hope a straight swap is possible.

Jun 27,2023I ordered 3 items, but when the parcel came there were only 2 items in it (but a packing note that said 3). I emailed Customer Services to tell them and they emailed me back to say they had checked the parcel weight and it definitely had 3 items in it, therefore an item must've fallen out when I opened it, or I must've misplaced it!! Very poor service, especially when I buy from them often - they're basically calling me a liar!! *EDITED TO ADD* - they did eventually send the missing top again and emailed to apologise. They should really think about the wording of their emails (and their responses on Trustpilot!)
