Apr 30,2022I ordered a sand sifting starfish and 10 snails and 10 hermit crabs. Starfish was destroyed. Very few of the snails and crabs had any animal in them. They resent. This time the starfish was in worse shape and still only half of the snail and crabs were very DOA. Very disappointed. Have not heard back from my second claim but will tell you to steer clear.
