Jan 28,2021Saltwaterfish.com has provided very good service concerning the sealife (fish, inverts, or corals) a few times. The photos of such are fairly accurate and the shipping containers are very secure (no leaky bags/boxes) and arrive when they say it will. They offer a good warranty which I haven’t had to call on since my sealife orders have been healthy and hardy. The prices are reasonable compared to other online vendors and many times they have good sales and/or discounts not just on the sealife but on shipping too. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my aquarium needs.

Jan 27,2021Very impressed with the product. The walking dendron was a good size as were the fish. Unfortunately two of the fish died but I followed the simple instructions to file a claim and was credited the cost of the fish in 24 hours. Great customer service!

Jan 25,2021I've ordered 3 times from saltwater.com. Shipping is fast & I've only had 1 fish arrive dead. I contacted support & had to follow simple directions of uploading a picture of the dead fish. My account was then reimbursed. I've ordered a few anenomes, clean up crew & several fish. All but the 1 have arrived in healthy condition. I'll definitely be ordering again. I just started up a new frag tank; therefore I'm in need of corals & frags. So, I placed another order today.

Jan 25,2021I was hesitant at first since I’ve never ordered from saltwater fish.com before. The same goes for any site I never ordered from before. I am pleased to say that I wasn’t disappointed at all. My two fish I had ordered were out standing. Healthy and fat!! (That’s a good thing when it comes to buying fish) I put them in my quarantine tank (Everyone should do this) and no issues at all. They ate almost immediately and are doing great. A little bit longer and they will be ready for my display tank. Saltwaterfish has won me over with their customer service and quality of fish. I’m so ready to make another purchase and stock my new tank, this time without hesitation. Thank you!!!

Jan 25,2021I loved the way my corals were packed, in the passed from other sites Fed-X had to put plastic bags around the whole box because items had leaked through the box and corals were without water! Love the bag on the inside of box to make sure this does not happen. Excited about this second order. First items I purchased are doing great. Thank you

Jan 23,2021This place is the worst. They send the wrong items. First they send me the wrong fish and now they are trying to pass off a heteractis magnifica for a bubble tip. They don't care about the sea life or the customers. Definitely don't follow through with any garantee. They must be totally incompetent or just ripping people off. I will never get any from this deceitful company again.
