He was always more than happy to take the time to answer questions, offer the best options for me and speedily move the process along when I found my property. He was always honest and transparent about the options and made the process far easier (especially as a first time buyer)! Great advisor and would highly recommend to everyone!

As well as this he gives weekly updates. Honestly if you need help Jack will take his time and talk you through everything. He really does go over and beyond .I can’t thank him enough.

There was nothing about the process that I didn't understand because he explained everything really well. The bank did not request any further information from me because Jack knows what he's doing and I believe this is why I had my offer back so quickly. He goes above and beyond, regularly chasing my solicitor and finding me a suitable life insurance provider that suits my needs.
