I am very happy with the package I received from SAM Patient Services. From my arrival at the airport there were friendly and informative people who guided me through the whole process. I was able to get any questions answered immediately both during the hospital visits and at other times via What's App so I always fe lt well supported. The hospital was excellent and staff made sure I was confidant every step of the way. I have now had both lenses replaced mand am pleased with the results. Afterwards SAM'S staff collected my medication for me and went through what to take when and for how long which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I travelled to Izmir Turkey with SAM patient services for lens replacement surgery, 1 tooth implant and teeth whitening. After extensive research in England, Prague and Turkey I feel I made the best choice. From first contact with Deniz at Sam Patients all of my questions were answered fast and professionally. We were picked up from airport taken to 5* hotel where we were met later that day by Deniz and Doruk and taken for eye tests and consultation with eye surgeon Dr Murat. I had booked to have trifocal lenses,however, after initial tests Dr Murat advised me this would not be advisable as my eyes were badly damaged from Lasek and Lasik treatment I had previously in the UK. After a number of test to ensure all measurements were exact Dr Murat offered a different treatment using different lenses in each eye in order to get the best possible result. I expected to pay more for the surgery but was given a refund same day as told cost was lower. Deniz and Doruk were with us all along providing translation and guidance where needed although Dr Murat spoke extremely good English. I cannot praise Dr Murats work and care highly enough! He thoroughly explained all options and outcomes spending extra time to ensure I was happy with everything. My eye surgery was painless and my sight within a few hours of each surgery was way better than I could ever have expected. I was given all drops (3 types) with a fully typed up in English instructions for next 6 weeks. I was given all medical reports and card for each lense used which is recognised around the world.I have no hesitation in recommending Sam Patient service. Customer care from start to finish was amazing and my treatments were first class.

everything is horrible and not professional at all, they good to you in beginning so you can lose your attention and then they just take your money and do horrible work for hen thatās it, I did my teeth 18 months ago with them and since then I was go back 4 times there, itās like Iām living next door had to pay for tickets, flights etc.. Im from Edinburgh myself so now Itās m still have problems with my teeth, pain and few crowns is cracked but they said itās strong material so went with it which is zirconium crowns, and they did root canal clean which is wasnāt completely done and now i have big pain and all they say to me come to clinic for free consultation, now I donāt know what to do about all this and I hardly recommend do not choose sam patient service if you donāt want to end up like me basically now I was left alone with all this, itās disaster.
I travelled to Izmir with Samās Patient Services after doing thorough homework on lots of clinics both in the UK, Turkey & Latvia. After speaking to former patients & friends who had also used Samās Patient Services I contacted them via Facebook & then WhatsApp which made it incredibly easy to communicate & get replies quickly. They were thorough in explaining everything & the process for when you arrive in Izmir. I chose a Gastric Sleeve & they explained who my Surgeon would be & the care I could expect to receive. They collect you from the airport & arrange all transfers between the hotel, hospital & airport, they were always on time which takes away a huge amount of worry. The process was very smooth & I canāt say how great my Surgeon Dr Bulgar & his nursing staff were. The nurses check on you regularly, I found every hour or more even through the night topping up antibiotics, pain relief, etc. The hospital was very clean, modern & well run. The whole process was very smooth & Samās Patient Services are with you at all parts of your appointments to translate & explain whatās happening next. We stayed at the 5* kaya Thermal Hotel, Izmir resort on arriving & after my operation for 3 nights. All was organised & included in the price quoted by Samās Patient Services with no hidden fees. If youāre thinking about booking with Samās Patient Services go ahead & do it!
After approaching other companies and researching i opted to use sams services. I came from derby uk for lense replacement and a fron tooth crown replacement. The service sams offer is first class. Everything is coordinated for you. You have a translator with you at all times who goes above and beyond his role as translator. The lense replacement was painless and the surgeon very good and friendly and honest. The tooth replacement was excellent value for money. There may be other companies offering a cheaper price but these guys gave you a price and that was that. No trying to upsell you. Great service.
From being collected at the airport, everything was good, I chose a different hotel initially as I couldn't fly out on the days suggested, unfortunately the hotel didn't have any swimming pool or rest areas outside, I asked if there was any chance that I could be moved to the original hotel and they moved me without any problems. The first day of surgery, I had my eyes thoroughly tested on about 6 or 7 different machines by the professionals. I was then taken for a blood test and prepared for surgery, during surgery I felt a slight bit of discomfort but other than that, it was good. I had an eye patch to cover my eye, went back the next day to have the eye checked. The doctor was happy with the results & told me that it couldn't have gone any better, I was then prepped again for the second surgery, and the same procedure, I was given several lots of eye drops to be administered at different times of the day. I have just come back from my final check & had my eye covering removed. My eyesight is a little out of focus but that is to be expected, the doctor said that it should come back to normal after about one week. I'll repost when my eyesight has settled down, overall, everything was handled professionally and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam Patient Services to anyone

I stayed in the beautiful 5-star Kaya Izmir Hotel for 2 nights. An amazing hotel with great facilities. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and appointments were provided. My personal experience was really good. The service was 5 stars and they took really good care of me. The dentist is amazing and they are very professional. The transfers and all the ābackstageā work was amazing with really good communication and they always prompt to help. They always make you feel at home and my teeth look amazing!! I would recommend it to everyone. Iām Portuguese living in UK but I wouldnāt mind to travel every year to have my check ups done with them. Have recently undergone tri focal lens replacement with Sam Patient services in Izmir. I contacted them originaly last year and decided to go ahead earlier this year based on excellent reviews and also a very good package price. Messages and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly and arrangements confirmed and deposit paid. I also went with a friend of mine who decided to have it done at the same time. We were met at the airport by a driver and taken to a local hotel in a pleasant district of Izmir.The hotel was very nice. We were a little dissapointed at first that it didnt have a pool, but it became clear that after the op we could not get water in our eyes so it was inconsequential! The morning after we arrived we met Sam reps, all speaking perfect english, and one of them accompanied us and guided us through all the stages of teh treatment and with us at all times to answer any questions and translate when needed. We were taken to and from the hospital from the hotel. The morning after arrival we were met at 8.30 and told that we would have multiple tests that morning and one eye operated on later that day. The tests were thorough using teh latest equipment similar to that I have seen used in UK. Results were analysed and discussions held with the surgeon. After confirming there were no issues, eye drops were administered and we were then prepared for surgery. At no time left alone. Then as soon as the eye drops had had time to work, we were prepared for surgery. The operation itself took about 15 mins. A sedation was administered and solution put in the eye so that nothing could be felt. It did feel somewhat strange but there was very little pain. Once the surgery was complete, an eye patch was fitted, After being taken back to the hotel we were fit enough to go out and get something to eat (with the eye patch still on) . After removing the eye patch vision was very cloudy so continued to use glasses (with one lens removed). Several drops were prescribed and after a few hours there was a noticeable improvement in vision. The same process repeated the following day and a follow up visit to check all was well the day after. Vision is now 100% for both reading and distance. Occasionally blurry at the moment but have only been back a day. I am typing this without glasses! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Sam Patient services and the hospitals and doctors that they use.
It was a great experience - the op notwithstanding, of course - in that the VIP treatment, the locale, the wonderful hospital and staff there were all outstanding. Tiny bugbears don't really count in the overall assessment, really. For example, I didn't really like to carry around the cash but that was fine in the end. - Mike
I recommend this company 100% I did lense placement and 9 crowns same time within 4 days. Eye doctor and dentist did an excellent job. The company organised very well by arranging 5* hotel, transportation to take appointments on times and interpreter. Pre and post op care was fantastic. Always someone with you for translation and reassurance. Also the person Duygu communicated with me via what up and gained my trust and she gave me brief information and arranged my procedure within few hours. Emre the young guy with smily face always come on time to pick me for my appointments and accompanying with me at clinic and translated all the informations which doctors given. It was a great experience with glass free.

I visited Samās patient services to get my teeth fixed. I needed 5 implants and 23 crowns. The results are amazing and I canāt thank them enough for their support and kindness throughout this last few months. The dentist is nothing short of a miracle worker and an expert at her work. Thank you šš¼ The translators and the dental nurses are all really kind and very helpful. I am very nervous about the dentist and the team reassured me throughout. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. We got picked up from the airport in a fancy car and dropped off at the hotel. The following three days we were picked up and taken for our examinations and lens replacement procedure. On the first day we had one eye done. On the second day we had the other eye done. Third day was a final check to confirm all was okay. The procedure itself took 10 minutes for each eye. There was no pain and you could see as soon as the patch was taken off later in the day. We added an extra three days to explore Izmir and Ephases. All the staff including surgeon, interpreters and drivers were all very friendly and helpful.
I contacted SAM PS for implant treatment and Iām really happy with the result. From the moment I got picked up from the airport until the finish, it was flawless. Staff were very kind. The translator Emre was phenomenal. I am very grateful to every one of them.
