company where very helpful when my scent for my car air frenshner was out of stock they where very quick to inform me and very kind to say how sorry they where they soon sent me more information to let me know i could choose other fragrance i did informed me straight away that it would be handle soon as possible and sent to me very good service customer service via email was fast and very friendly and helpful very happy with help and my order was sorted out straight away and sorted with friendly helpful staff.

Absolutely love Sassy Scents My favourite things are the whipped soaps, wax melts and wax melts burner. I get so excited for every delivery. Whipped soaps are so luxurious and I’ve become such a lover of fragrance and how it makes you feel. Love being part of the sassy scents community as well and love this was a small business that has just grown so much. I had an issue with an order and contacted customer care and Klarize was so kind and helpful and resolved my issue so fast I couldn’t believe it. Thank you.

Have ordered a number of times (love the whipped soap!). When I received my recent order, I’d been sent one wrong item and it was sorted and dealt with professionally and promptly by Millie - I felt trusted, respected and was even given a few options for resolving my order which I thought was brilliant and you made me just want to order more things!! I joined the live event on social media and purchased the mystery box. The delivery was quick and contained a lively mix of gorgeous smelling products. The items are always different so this is a great way to try new scents. Love it!

I received an email stating there was a promotion, buy 5 scents get 5 free...no promotion code was sent, apparently it would be applied at checkout. Anyway tried to checkout my order was rejected...contact customer services, was asked for proof of promotion!! When proof was sent, received a reply that sorry the promotion was over...most companies provide promotional codes in emails etc....complete scam company...Will DEFINITELY NOT be doing business with them again! Trading standards & Ofcom should be informed...disgusting 🤬

I love Sassy Scents' whipped soaps so I did a bit of a bulk buy last month! I bought a scrub, 4 whipped soaps and bath bombs. Unfortunately the Caribbean Passionfruit whipped soap was missing from the package but when I emailed customer service to check whereabouts, Millie was very kind and sent out the soap. Thank you, Millie! It's a beautiful soap :)

I have been refunded 5 times for small tubs when i placed order within minutes of launch!!! They waited two weeks to ship which is normal for the US as i think they do US orders last which keeps screwing me!! It is so unfair!!! And i have been told the last two months this wouldn’t happen again and it keeps happening!!

Great selection of products, I love the whipped soap, it’s so creamy and my skin soft and moisturised after use. Lovely scents to choose from and very fast collection or delivery. Would definitely recommend their products.
