Oct 27,2020We had always wanted to visit Sri Lanka and India, and had been recommended Savvi Travel by a friend. We visited our local office to make some initial enquiries and the agent couldn't have been more helpful. She spent a considerable amount of time with us in planning exactly what we wanted from our holiday and went the extra mile to fine tune the details and to make it a really special experience for us. Unfortunately, while we were in India, our holiday was curtailed due to the coronavirus, and we had to come home early. Our agent at Savvi had remained in contact with us, and when we got back, dealt with the insurance claim on our behalf. Having persisted with the insurance company over several months, she achieved a very satisfactory outcome. We were very happy with our experience at Savvi, and would very much like to arrange another holiday with the company in the future. .

Oct 07,2020We had 2 holidays booked in 2020 through Savvi Travel but, due to Covid-19, they had to be cancelled/postponed/rearranged for 2021....not an easy task for Savvi Travel, given the staff were furloughed and there were various elements of each of our holidays that took a lot of time to re-arrange. But, no matter how complicated it was, Val in Oakham always went the extra mile to help us and kept us in the loop at every stage. In "normal" times the Savvi Travel staff excel, but during the pandemic they were absolutely wonderful

Aug 14,2020Savvi Travel Olney We booked a Viking Mekong cruise in 2018 - Fantastic is the only word to describe it. In 2019 we took Dave B's advice and went to Lanzarotte - again a wonderful break. We booked a Viking Douro cruise for 2020 but unfortunately this had to be cancelled because of Covid-19. Dave and the staff at Olney were superb, they quickly established what we were looking for and gave us great options. We recently got our cash refund from Viking which Savvi Travel chased for us. I cannot rate Dave and the staff highly enough and would also recommend H10 in Lanzarotte and Viking Cruises who look after their guests in amazing fashion.
