We went to Savvi in Oakham with a high level of trust based on previous experience, to book a special holiday to Havana and Cuba, via 2 nights in Madrid. From the outset, Val was incredibly helpful, suggesting hotels based on her knowledge of our preferences, which we were delighted with. Unfortunately, the specialist Cuban agency used went into administration, but she has patiently rebooked every item on our itinerary, whilst reassuring us every step of the way, and with a level of commitment one would not expect or receive from anywhere else. We cannot recommend Savvi highly enough!
