Have been using and investing on this platform for 6 years. It's reliable, easy to use platform, didn't have any problems. If you want to diversify your investment portfolio or get a bigger return than global market stocks, this is a great choice.

Pati platforma nėra nei bloga nei gera, tačiau erzina sąskaitos aptarnavimo mokestis.

I’ve had a great experience using the SAVY platform! It offers an excellent way to diversify my investments with peer-to-peer lending, and the interface is very user-friendly. I appreciate how transparent the platform is, giving me clear insights into my investments and expected returns. The customer support team is always responsive and ready to help, which adds to the trust and confidence I have in SAVY. It's been a reliable platform for achieving steady returns, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to expand their investment portfolio.

The capacity has been low, they used Paysera instead of their own bank accounts, which made it difficult to track platform liquidity / cash drag (by pooling cash with the few other platforms that also use Paysera). On the positive side, the average interest rates were honest, and the late loans ratio was very low. Sadly, they did not learn from Flender's case study and still decided to introduce flat management fee, which made it impossible to continue with the small amounts the platform can accommodate given its deal flow. But we will part out ways without regrets or losses (apart those to inflation), which is an exception rather than the norm in my 3-year experience with this industry.

Site is just unfortunately unusable and app is clunky and doesn't work. Language does not change over correctly and huge parts of website only available in Lithuanian

I wasted a ton of time on this p2p lending company. Big problems: 1) Setup of the account is overcomplicated especially considering how long it takes to setup a Paysera account (you have to book a time on Skype which I stopped using years ago, be available in the time slot), I asked to be called in English and seeing my IDs the guys tried to be smart and the guy that called me was speaking in the language of my country of origin to test if the documents I sent were ok and I could speak the language of my country of origin (of course I could, you dumb...). Well F.U. Paysera, I do not need a Police nationality test to open an account with a dodgy electronic money agent who has tons of sactions from the Central Bank of Latvia. The problem with Gosavy is that they require you to pass an advanced money laundering KYC process without regard about the amount of money you are actually investing, so they set me up for 50k EUR Paysera deposits KYC process when I would never in my willdest dreams deposit such an amount of money in an electronic money company with no central bank deposit insurance!!! I only deposited a bit more than 10eur and the EU legislation is quite clear that up to 1k EUR there is no need to go through the heavvy KYC they made me go through and irritated me BIG TIME! 2) Finally after all the wasted time with Paysera I try to invest 10 eur with GoSavy (the money was clearly available to invest in the online account), the "Invest Now" button was greyed out. So I try to call their UK phone number and a lady answers that cannot speak a word of English and closes the call in my face. Then given the fact that the online chat seemed to be always not available, I send them an email to their support (in English) and through the message tool: no answer for days (still no answer after two weeks!). Finally after several tries I finally find the chat open and a guy who can write in English and he tell me that I needed to provide an alternative contact name and number in order for them to enable the investing (I had already wasted hours and waited for 5 days), in the account setup this was not a compulsory field (why is it not a compulsory feed?) 3) Finally (and this is the worst) the liquidity on the platform is practically non existant. The few good loans in the primary market run out in a few minutes and they appear once or twice a week, the secondary market is a big rip-off (people trying to mark-up big time the sale price) and credit risk for the vast majority of the type of loans the offer to investors (30-72 months, very little or no collateral) is SKY HIGH. 4) The platform is supported by a company that is really tiny (I counted 7 people in total) and with little skills in supporting it. The actual owner of the platform has got his hands on too many businesses to take care of this little side business for him. The actual setup idea (years ago) was good, but you can see it has been developed neither technically nor financially and nowadays there are much better and more liquid P2P platforms for investors. So after all the work (I am counting tens of hours wasted) to open the account, I decided that it is not even worth to test the investment of 10 eur (i shall spend it on sweets and chocolate to give me more pleasure!) My suggestion is to avoid GoSavy like the plague.

this platform withholds taxes on your revenue but nowhere is explained at what rate. Computation by yourself is impossible because nowhere on the site you can find the payment schedule of your loans and payments on Paysera do not show what part is principal and what part is interest. Loans on primary market are all funded already all the time so you have to buy on secondary market at a surcharge + 1% platform fee. Beware this is not Mintos where you can buy a loan for the amount you wish , here if the loan part offered is 500 EUR you get to buy it all , and you discover it after your purchase (I expected after pressing buy to be sent to a window to input amount and instead I was given all 500 EUR.) I tried to set up autoinvest but it never invested. Contacted support to ask if I had set it wrong and they answered sending me a bunch of useless documents in Lithuanian language. Tried to sign up on platform forum and each time I set English language I got kicked back to forum rules acceptance page again and again , so I could not finish registration. A disaster. Stay away from this junk.

I highly recommend SAVY for other investors. SAVY provides me really high returns. Moreover I like that SAVY does not collect investors money in their own bank account. It creates a transparency feelings of the platform. And of course I like other SAVY features like an autoinvestment and secondary market.

Great platform to invest in. The returns in the Baltic market are very pleasantly surprising and they boast a great customer support too.
