Incredible brand and customer service, this is how you do it to create loyal customers that would continue to amplify the brand through their networks. I had an accident with the eye lash serum, where I broke the bottles at opening. The team and Monaliza took care of it, by sending me new ones really promptly. I’m so impressed with the level of care they show, on top of the quality of products and ingredients. The serum is amazing and I’m already seeing results after 2 weeks of using it. I will be buying more for friends and recommending this company to everyone. And everyone wants a great hair and lashes ;)

Ordered an eyelashes serum that was supposed to be a roll on: I received the old packaging and not the jade roll on. I asked the customer service about that they never got back to me. In addition of that the serum burnt my eyes like no serum I ever used. Very disappointed about this brand.

Had an issue with a repeat order that I didn't realise I'd signed up for, however it was cancelled and resolved super quick and the customer service pand correspondence was excellent. Can't fault it.
