Very professional, knowledgeable, guided us on every step through the entire process ensuring documentation is all in place, proposed right approach, very responsive and standing by until the appointment was completed. All we had to do was print documents and make ourselves present on time for the appointment which is big relief from all the hassle of Schengen formalities considering how busy we are.
