Jul 01,2023The products have always been good although am £11+ item ended up at £19+ with VAT and P&P. Also then I got email saying transaction didn’t process when it did. On checking old orders there was one other saying processing (from years ago) and another awaiting dispatch. When I contacted I was told that the system sometimes does this. Great that I received prompt reassurance but it would be helpful if the computer systems gave accurate information.
