May 03,2024I have dealt with Scotland's Cruise Centre before and would not go past them. I have been lucky enough to be dealing with Joanna who is extremely articulate, polite and knowledgeable. She is good-humoured, very competent and her enthusiasm for her job leads her to her being unbelievably helpful in answering questions and making pertinent suggestions.
