Aug 20,2024I paid 200 for a sweater. It can in the wrong size. When I went to replace it they said it was not available. The web site said it was. This went on for 1 and 1/2 weeks. I asked for a refund. Was told no the first time the after all this I asked to get a refund again all I got back was about 170.00. They refused to give me back the rest.

Gave differing information to what is on the website which suggests they are knowingly charging customers extra for a service that doesn't exist.
