Extra care was given to make sure I had the items in time and potentially to be shipped to a different location based on what the expected shipping date may have been. I was given updates on every step of the process as well the option to change the address at the last minute if need be. I appreciated that flexibility, the sensitivity of the issue and the timeliness of production. These items are beautifully made and arrived a tad ahead of schedule. I was happy to honor my family by including our tartan in the memorial. Thank you!
