It is very difficult to find people with the customer service attitude that both Jordon & Ali have. The company I work for have been a customer of Scot Pac for many years and over that time, I have dealt with a number of client managers. I am never made to feel like any question is too small or insignificant. I am always able to contact one or both of them without having to wait hours. My calls are usually returned within 10 minutes on most occasions. Both Jordon & Ali have an extremely extensive knowledge of our business and what we require and need. Nothing is too much trouble for either of them. They make my job so much easier knowing that I can give them a call, drop them an email or send them a text and I can get answers almost immediately. 5 stars is actually not enough for these two!

May 28,2023When I was initially approached to look into finance for my small business, there wasn’t a lot of initial input required, which concerned me, as I felt it may not be as quick a process as I had experienced in the past with other lenders, but to my surprise, once the initial checks came back, the next stage was seamless with my account manager being very responsive and in the end the setup that Business Fuel has is great, whilst also ensuring the request is not only for for purpose but with the backing of the core areas one like a to a big bank. Despite the initial challenges and delays, esp. when trying to deal with unforeseen challenges whilst overseas, the result was more than I could have asked for and I highly recommend anyone else going down the same path.
