I was very happy with all the communication before making my decision - emails and phone calls dealt with quickly by Steven. On the day of the fitting his installer turned up as expected and got on with the job in hand. A few hours later all was completed. Steven had even arranged for my car roof box to be reinstalled at the other end of the garage as part of the service - very happy with that. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steven and his company to anyone.

Technician too was very efficient and pleasant. Outlined options of repair and replacement and their costs. We opted for repair which was done to our satisfaction and at very reasonable cost.
