Prompt efficient repair ! This was done at point of inspection which was very good rather than having to return !to repair ! An door is working just as it should ! Perhaps one small point engineer could have advised that payments for work could be taken by CC as not everyone will have cash on them to pay for work completed an now with technology payments can be taken with card reader on phone just a comment does not detract from work carried out ! Thanks Charles

Really first class service from the beginning. I had been broken into through the old garage door. SD Garage Doors sourced a Secure By Design door that matched the existing design and in the right colour. No Fuss fitting when they said they would do it too...

Garage door cable was broken and my husband submitted a message via the website on Monday morning which was answered by email straight away with a quote and asking for the address. We responded and they called less than an hour later even offering an engineer out same day which didn't suit so it was booked for today with a one hour time slot which is incredibly useful. Engineer called 1/2 hr before slot to advise he was enroute and job has been completed as per quote. If only all companies had such an impressive end to end process - thank you.

Very pleased with our new NovoRol door. It's made a massive difference to the appearance, weatherproofing and usable space in our garage. SD Garage Doors have been prompt and professional throughout. Steven visited personally to measure up, discuss and quote our door, and was generous with his time to answer questions and get the sizings spot on. The fitting happened as planned, despite Storm Henry, and the guys did a great job prepping and fitting the new door with absolutely minimal fuss in pretty horrible conditions. Would recommend these guys to anyone after a professional and hassle free experience for their new garage door.

SD Doors were very good, they couldn't have been more helpful. The garage door had jammed and their engineer kept me informed of his arrival time and when he did arrive he fixed the door without any fuss and saved the day..

I chose this company when the first company I chose weren’t able to solve the problem of a failed remote and a stuck garage door. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful and the issue was resolved very quickly. Stephen was knowledgeable and explained the workings to me. He even took my bin out so I didn’t miss the collection…… and even better he was considerably cheaper than the lot who failed to solve the problem!
