Jun 02,2024Two man team knew exactly what they were doing so worked efficiently with no head scratching! What a difference. From having a good, robust 40+ year old up and over door that took all my strength to open, I only have to press a small button on the remote control and wait, watch and listen as door opens. Slight, soft moan as lead wheels follow the guide rails, but nothing compared to the grunts and groans of yours truly.

SD Garage Doors quickly assessed the issue, temporarily secured the area, and made prompt recommendations. A quote for the repair was quickly provided, and a quick response was given which assisted with information needed for the insurance claim. It was obvious the firm has a great deal of experience. The contractors turned up on time, when they said they would, and did clean and tidy, really high quality work. It really took any stress out of the situation.

Apr 15,2024Our roller door motor failed after 12 years, getting anyone to travel to the highlands can be difficult for any maintenance work. SD garage doors were willing to send an experienced guy within a couple of weeks. He diagnosed the fault and we agreed a course of action. The next day we had an acceptable quote for the new motor plus the service of the door. The repair/service was completed by two guys a couple of weeks later, fitting in with another job in the area. Price excellent when you consider the travel time involved. Great job carried out by very courteous workmen. If I could give six stars I would.

SD Garage Doors were very responsive to my initial enquiry, came out quickly to give me a quote, and I found the whole process smooth from the get go of ordering my new garage door. No concerns whatsoever with the professionalism of this company and level of customer service. Both Graeme and Martin (I apologise if I've got the name wrong!) were lovely and very hard working on the day of installation, I wish all workmen were that productive! Jun 02,2024An excellent company to deal with from the quote through to completion they communicate clearly. At the initial visit our wishes were taken on board and incorporated into our order. On the day of installation the team were knowledgeable and very efficient. The end result was exactly what I wanted and the price was a bonus too.
