Full explanation of what was required and why and an arrangement made that day to have it all fitted. Took the fitters less than an hour to have a perfectly working double garage door with a lovely new quiet meter.

Nov 27,2023Initially called the office and had a very helpful and pleasant staff member (Pauline) I think. She booked me in for a garage repair. Steven came out at the booked time and had the very old tired door working perfectly. I asked if I really should be looking at replacement as it is a rental property and the less hassle for my tenants mean less hassle for me. Steven did suggest it should be replaced as it was probably 40 plus years old, no shame. Steven gave me a decent price for a replacement and agreed to waive the repair if I went for the new door. Agreed and the booking was made. The guys turned up on time exactly when said and cracked on with doing a fantastic job installing and cleaning up afterwards. I could not be happier with the results, a decent price and great service. Thanks to all the team at SD I have listed the install date as 1st November as I can't remember, it was close to this

Oct 14,2023Good & rapid response to enquiry, excellent advice at site visit, sensible price quoted, on time delivery (despite 100 mile distance, remote location and unsettled weather), no-fuss removal of old very heavy doors, and faultless installation of 2 x new electrically operated roller shutter Hörmann doors. The electrical connections, though quite easy, are neat and professional and the two installers worked hard and continuously, giving good operating instructions before leaving. They were also very nice and easy to talk to. What more could we or anyone ask?

Oct 10,2023SD Doors were very accommodating in fitting in with our availability to obtain a quote and were able to on the day provide this which we accepted. They also provided quotes for various door types amd asvice on each. They kept is informed at all pertinent points and again accommodated our availability in the installation aspects of the job. They were very tidy and where necessary removed wall items that i had not removed which were thought not to impede the door operation. Would highly recommend this company
