I gave this review a lot of thought over time to be certain of my experience with Seated.com presale notifications. I give this service thumbs up and thumbs down - a 50/50 score after four notifications that come to mind since last year. Two times I managed to be notified of presale events in which I could purchase tickets. Twice I was notified of Sale events that failed to make any mention of presale events that subsequently did occur and which did not help me to enter the line to buy any ticket at all. Stadium events with tens of thousands of resale inventory only. My criticism of this service is that it does nothing to correct the problem, it only adds another layer of obfuscation and complexity to the oligopoly that has specialized in stealing from consumers. We need transparency, not another "free service" that mines our data by selling out our privacy.

I got a text notification about my favorite band headlining a festival this fall in my state and i got tickets purchased within minutes. If I wasn’t signed up for texts from Seated, I honestly wouldn’t have known in time to get any. And this is a huge deal because this band literally never comes here so I’m pretty excited!

I really enjoy concerts and so knowing when upcoming shows are happening is a definite plus so I'm giving them a 5 star rating for keeping me informed!

Signed up for notifications after a recent Mandolin Orange tour date search. A few weeks later got an e-mail alert for a show near me and got tickets before it sold out. Its great when something works exactly as planned!

It is not a user-friendly system. I am signing up to get a presale code for concert ticket. Not to mention the to verify my phone number, it keeps saying "Phone number invalid. Please try a different one.". I have asked my Canadian friends to try as well, they either have the same situation with me, nor they have recieved none 2-step verification code of their phone. I have contacted the support in Facebook and email, Facebook support asked me to manually send an email to get a code. I sent the email, the support ask me to manually send another request asking for the code. I am having a trouble with the support team, they are complicating things, all they need to do is put my email/phone number on the list. However, they are asking me to resend a request later. It doesn't make any sense. Wasting time talking to support but never getting solid help.
