Purchased one livestream concert ticket through Seated, was very easy and the concert interface/streaming itself was great. Just got a notification that the same artist is doing another livestream concert next month, which I really appreciate!
Best customer service! Seriously am amazed at how great their customer service is. I've been buying tickets through them a lot over the last year and any time there is an issue, they always make an effort to resolve it as quickly as possible with the customers best interest. They always pick up the phone, are super friendly, and make every effort to make sure the customer is happy. Love seated and hope all the bands i see use them in the future!

Had an excellent experience with this company. I wish all of the concerts and events I attend are sold by SEATED. I bought tickets to a show that I unexpectedly was unable to attend for family reasons. Customer service was very attentive in helping me return the funds and selling to another fan on the waitlist.Highly recommend!

The last time Rachel Bloom came to Chicago, bots snapped up the tickets within minutes when they went on sale. I'm a huge fan, and it was disappointing to say the least. This time around, I found Seated through Ticketfly and reached out to them about getting presale tickets as a real human being. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful. I'm thrilled to have two tickets to see one of my favorite performers live and in-person. Thanks again!
I made a mistake in my email address during a ticket order and had another question about the details. The Seated team got back to me in about an hour, corrected the problem and answered my follow-up question. I really appreciated the responsiveness. By contrast, I had one help request for another ticket provider back in January, and I never heard back.

I purchased the general tickets for my daughter. And next day she wants to get the VIP. We end up purchased the VIP tickets next day. We send the e mail about the return the general tickets. And next day early in the morning “Max” respond to us and everything went perfect!! It was such a great experience and Max save my day!!! My daughter is so happy!!!! Thank you!
I haven't bought concert tickets in about 20 years. All these new processes and keeping the tickets in the fans hands is stressful, but Seated was great! Not only did they make the presale sign up easy, they diligently answered all my questions through customer service. They were super helpful and lovely to deal with. I hope more artists use their service for presales.
