Sep 24,2018I couldn't find heated seats fitted in the model of car I was buying so, on the recommendation of my car dealership, I contacted Seat Surgeons to retro-fit the heated seats. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure to deal with them from the initial enquiry to driving out of their workshop with my high quality heated seats. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and efficient; they even went that extra mile (or 2) to make sure I used my waiting time effectively by giving me a lift to and from the local retail centre (Thank you!). I am very happy with the work; the seats look exactly the same as when they went in and the heated seat switch is neat and discretely located on the side of each seat. I have already recommended Seat Surgeons and will continue to do so. Thank-you!

Aug 21,2018I approached Seat Surgeons earlier this year after a hole appeared in my aging VRS cloth interior; with the car itself in excellent condition it really let it down. From the moment of first contact all the way through to after-sales their customer service and responsiveness has been nothing but impressive. I opted to have my car re-trimmed in leather, seats and door panels, using a subtle mix of dark colours, with VRS logos to match the originals and Seat Surgeons worked fervently to be ready to fit them on my birthday, just a few weeks after placing my order. The results are nothing short of spectacular. Their craftsmanship, workmanship and attention to detail is just astonishing, and when I collected the car at the end of the day, it was like getting into a new car with a high quality leather interior that was straight from the factory. Suddenly my Skoda felt like a Golf - the transformation was amazing. The premises are equally impressive; a large, smart, clean and tidy workshop in a gated estate with an open, modern and welcoming feel. It's clear the owners have a particular eye for detail and quality and the team were prepped and ready for my arrival. Within seconds I felt at ease and knew they would look after my car as it was in the capable hands of true professionals. A small part of the trim holding a switch was damaged on removal and I'm happy to say Seat Surgeons made no attempt to hide the fact; instead they showed me the problem and offered to replace it, at their expense, and with an original part; the kind of personal, caring & attentive customer service of yesteryear which is sadly lacking these days. I am truly happy with the result, and highly recommend Seat Surgeons to anyone wishing to have their interior repaired or re-trimmed. They have even offered to trim my armrest to match my new interior when I buy one at a later date.

Aug 17,2018Great company! I was supplied with a leather kit for my Volkswagen T5 van and was immediately impressed with the quality of the packaging and the product. They fit and fasten exactly the same as factory upholstery and look great. A truly pleasant experience.

Aug 01,2018Is very happy to give this company 5 stars. From start to finish they went out their way to inpress me. They dropped me off in York and picked me up a short time later once my VW T5 van was done. And I must say it's money well spent. Not only dose it look good and its now got heated leather seats but it's added value to the van so will get my money back in time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting leather seats. It's now been three days since fitted and I'm still inpressed. Big Thank you to the seat surgeon. X

Yes you heard me the workmanship is exceptional, customer care exceptional, not only do my seats look top quality but the very kind and helpful staff helped me get my car fixed as my exhaust started to blow 50miles from York, SS sorted that out for me as well alowing my wife and myself to enjoy the great York City, we where also dropped off and picked up from SS.

Oct 03,2018Arrived at 9.30am with a look around the workshop. Was shown my new coverings and then chauffeured to York centre for a look around. 5 hours later was picked up again by Paul and back to the workshop. Highly delighted with work done on my Toyota Hi-lux. The interior looks fabulous. Cannot rate SS highly enough. Thank you very much to all the staff. Would recommend this company to everyone.
