Jun 06,2024It was fast. And every book was exactly as labeled or in better condition. Maybe I'm more critical of Acceptable, but felt all of mine were at least good. I have hesitated in the past to buying a book labeled Acceptable but not from you in the future.

Jun 05,2024I am giving SecondSale 5 stars even though I never received my order. Their customer service was prompt and efficient. I placed my order and received confirmation immediately. The package was picked up the next day for shipment. However, that is where tracking stopped. I waited patiently and then sent an email requesting they check on it from their end. Within 24 hours SecondSale had contacted their shipper, declared it lost, and refunded my payment. I was even watching for my credit on the wrong account and they sent me a nice note letting me know which bank payment and credit had been processed on. I know that this is not the kind of review most people turn in, but with the way a lot of companies handle things nowadays, I felt it was so nice to be treated so kindly. I will definitely check with SecondSale next time I am looking for a used book.
