Jan 20,2025Never trust this platform especially when you’re in a rush for your receipient to receive the money. Sendwave cancelled most of my transactions. There were times that transactions would be “on process” status and later on falls through. This is the worst money remittance ive ever used.

Jan 18,2025I recently sent funds to a family member, using her name and phone number as sendwave requirements so last digit was wrong however they processed the fund to a number that did not exist. Consequently, I had to wait over an 2hr on hold to explain the situation. I was informed to wait 1month, however it has now been over a month and they have not responded, picked up, or engaged in any form of communication. There has been no update on the status of my funds. I am suspecting that this application may be fraudulent, as I have not received my money back. Allow me to provide an example of a reputable application for sending money back home, such as Paysii. If you wish to use Paysii, it is essential to ensure that all information is accurate, even if a letter is mistyped. Paysii will not allow you to send the payment if there are any errors. This is a positive feature that prevents fraudulent transactions. In contrast, the current application is highly flawed. I am uncertain how they operate while mishandling the numerous negative reviews they have received. I’ll keep you posted until to legal action.
