Mar 03,2025Thieves and robbers. I have asked my friends and family to download this app and send money. For each referal i get ten euros. When my seven friends have sent money and when i got 70 euro as referal bonus. The apllication management have stolen my bonus saying that they can cancel the bonus at any time. They are bunch of cheater and robbers who will just steal your money. Dont download this app. Use tap tap app thats way better than this trashy sendwave app. They will steal your money. upon asking they dont provide any information and i ask everyone to delete their app and dont share your bank details with them. They will robb you.

Mar 02,2025I've been using this app a lot of times already but recently I had a problem regarding one transaction and the transaction was on process for 24 hours already then I contacted the customer service as I was in urgent of this money for my family but they responded to me that there were some technical issues which I find it ridiculous and they didn't even emailed me that there were some issue regarding the transfer. The agents were worst and to contact them you need to wait 20-30 minutes for them to respond which is alright but then you have to be connected to the chat within the range of 1-2 minutes otherwise they will end the chat which is absurd. The agents responds to you sarcastically. They give me an options either I wait for the technical issue to be resolved (they don't know how long will it take) or I cancel it. I chose to cancel it but still now I haven't received any confirm mail regarding my request for the complain. I'm gonna contact my bank regarding this charge and won't be using it anymore due to negligence of customer service and as well not resolving my complain in time
