Be careful with your transfer I make a transfer on Wednesday and I received email from customer service asking for iD of the receiving which I provided but the transaction never gets to its destination I contacted customer support and asked them to cancel it since they can’t process it and the customer service representative confirmed to me that the transaction was cancelled and they will not debit my account Unfortunately this morning I noticed that my account was debited and the transaction was not processed to it destination. Right now I have not received my money in 3 days and the transaction has not been completed and this money was meant for a medical treatment Am very disappointed and concerned about what is happening

Multiple times I have stated the same info on here. And every time Sendwave gives a standard reply, ignorant of what I have said. They don't care that an elderly lady has been a victim of identity theft. They don't care that she HAS CONTACTED THEM MANY TIMES. They only reply asking her to contact them AGAIN on the email address that they have repeatedly ignored. And the new joke is, that the email address they state NO LONGER ACCEPTS EMAILS. All she asked is that they delete all her stolen data from their systems. Easy request. Surely. They can't even do that. Approximately 3 months ago one of the emails she sent to Sendwave was an official complaint. They ignored that. That is breaking UK Financial Conduct Authority Rules. Under FCA rules as 8 weeks has passed she can escalate to the UK Financial Ombudsman. I will be advising her to do just that (and will assist her to do so) tomorrow unless we are provided with contact details for a senior manager in the Sendwave UK office. EDIT : REPLY TO SENDWAVE. THAT EMAIL ADDRESS NO LONGER WORKS. PROVIDE A CONTACT AT YOUR UK OFFICE.

Jan 10,2025Une expérience très décevante Je ne recommande pas Sendwave. J’ai été débité trois fois pour un virement qui n’est même pas parti, ce qui est inadmissible. De plus, il est impossible d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone pour résoudre le problème. Le chat censé aider les clients est tout aussi inefficace : les agents se permettent de fermer la discussion comme bon leur semble, sans apporter de solution. Service client catastrophique et manque total de professionnalisme. Très déçu.
