Dec 17,2024I have very bad experience with Sendwave customer service teams . I send 203 pound to my brother in Kenya through Sendwave apps they put hold on funds for 13day today. I contact them several times and they never reply back to my email I have trouble getting any help from them but I am very frustrated with them I have to call my bank to resolve this matter I am not able to get my money back from Sendwave they said it will take 24 to 48 hours every time I contact them by phone. The Sendwave customer service are liars I will not give up for my money. Please don’t used Sendwave to send money!!! Anyway
